TCS - Change of Chairman

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd has informed BSE that with effect from December 28, 2012, Mr. Ratan N. Tata, Chairman has retired from the Board and Mr. Cyrus Mistry has taken over as the Chairman of the Board.
